MAM-Partners acts as a founder, incubator and promoter of financial services companies. We invest venture capital from our own balance sheet. We engage as long-term oriented co-entrepreneurs without exit intentions. We provide founders venture capital, start-up experience, management capacity and a broad network. In doing so, we design and incorporate companies differently – a contemporary corporate structure and culture are of particular importance to us.

We live human capitalism

We are convinced that employees are the most sought-after resource in the modern knowledge society. Human capital has thus replaced financial capital as the scarce resource. However, the prevailing corporate and labor law does not account yet for  this development.

Our model of human capitalism transfers the proven principles of corporate law from financial capital to the integration of human capital. Employees contribute human capital, shareholders contribute financial capital – both pursue the same goal: to deploy their capital as profitable as possible. This is implemented through our proprietary corporate and compensation model, which we tailor to the needs of our portfolio companies.

In this way, we help companies to position themselves in a spirit of partnership and avoid distribution battles between shareholders and the workforce. This reduces capital requirements, enables higher company valuations, and unleashes the intrinsic motivation of all stakeholders.
