Matthias van Randenborgh
Matthias van Randenborgh is characterized by his enthusiasm and constant drive for innovation airing to try something new. As early as the 1990s, the 53-year-old business graduate and Master in Banking and Finance delved into the effects of ownership structures on the success of companies. As a result, he established the human capitalist approach for his ventures. His master’s thesis appeared in the Journal of Finance in 1994 and was awarded the Smith Breeden Prize. He continued to break new ground in his professional career. After seven years in derivatives trading at two major banks, he became a serial entrepreneur. He was founder and CIO of the asset management boutiques Vescore, LPX, CYD and RP Crest. Now he is setting out again to break new ground with the incubator MAM-Partners.
In his private life, the father of two enjoys sophisticated conviviality with a philosophical touch. He likes challenging conventions and traditions and to think the world differently – for a change.

Christian Mardeck
His ability to approach tasks in a structured manner and to think strategically, interdisciplinarily and with vision have brought the 46-year-old, who has more than 20 years of professional experience, into management positions early on. He was Head of Product Development at BayernInvest Munich and Managing Director of BayernInvest Luxembourg, and from 2012 to 2020 Managing Director of RP Crest GmbH. After working as Managing Director at PIA Pontis, a consulting firm focused on real assets, he has been a board member and co-founder of MAM-Partners. There, he wants to contribute his strengths as an entrepreneurial thinker as well as his experience and know-how in asset management to develop the incubator MAM-Partners into a successful and recognized asset management platform.
In his private life, the father of two and passionate mountain sportsman enjoys his family, in the mountains and playing tennis.
